Meet Jess Fry, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS
Licensed Therapist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Body Image Coach and Educator
As a dedicated mental health therapist, Jess specializes in supporting women facing challenges related to eating disorders, body image distress, anxiety, and ADHD. Her approach empowers clients to embrace their true selves in a world that often undermines their worth. Jess meets with clients in person at her office in Ephrata, PA, and also offers telehealth services to residents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, as a coach, she provides virtual support to clients worldwide, focusing on body acceptance.
Having navigated her own journey in a plus-sized body, Jess has overcome the challenges of an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, and knows what it's like to live in a world that is obsessed with thinness. Drawing from her personal experiences and extensive mental health training, she is deeply committed to combating fatphobia and promoting body acceptance. Through her coaching and counseling, Jess shares valuable insights and practical strategies gained from her journey.

Registered Dietitian, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Farmer
Nikita is a passionate small business owner and registered dietitian with over nine years of experience dedicated to helping clients nourish their bodies from the inside out. Specializing in intuitive eating principles, she applies this framework to create a balanced approach to nutrition. As a certified yoga instructor, Nikita emphasizes the mind-body connection, guiding clients in mindfulness and mindful movement for holistic well-being.
After her husband’s cancer diagnosis, she founded The Wellness Grove in 2021, focusing on an integrative approach to health that empowers her community to feel good about how they move and eat. Growing up on her family farm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Nikita developed a deep appreciation for food production and sustainability, raising cattle and chickens and tending to her garden. With a commitment to holistic health and a love for food, Nikita is dedicated to empowering others on their wellness journeys.
