Helping professionals carry so much.
We hold space, stories, emotions, emergencies, expectations, and the invisible labor of being "on" for everyone who relies on us.
We pour into others all day long, often leaving very little capacity to pour back into ourselves.
As a therapist and helping professional myself, I’ve struggled to find a space that offers the kind of care we need: true restoration, gentle community, space to breathe, and creative expression that reconnects us to who we are beneath the roles we hold.
So I created this day for us.
Replenish is not another training, workshop, or professional development day. It's a safe space to show up authentically to release the weight you carry, reconnect with your inner steadiness, and refill the parts of you that have gone overlooked.

During this 7-hour retreat, you’ll be held in a space designed intentionally for nervous system relief.
Expect spaciousness, slowness, grounding energy, guided meditation, gentle movement, calming sound healing, and self-paced creative activities that gently guide you back to yourself.
There’s no pressure to perform, no expectations to be “on,” and no roles to hold. Just room to rest, reflect, and receive.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to your own capacity, not because you pushed yourself to be better, but because you finally allowed yourself to rest.

Replenish will include an optional gentle movement portion designed especially for helping professionals. This 30-minute gentle flow is an invitation to show love to the parts of your body you rely on most in your work, including hands that hold, shoulders that carry, hips and backs that stabilize, and breath that supports you through long days of caring for others. Rather than pushing or performing, this practice is about listening and noticing where your body is asking for ease, support, or a little extra care.
Led by certified personal trainer and body-inclusive educator Roy Belzer, this session prioritizes accessibility, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Movements will be slow, supportive, and offered with multiple options so each participant can engage in a way that feels comfortable and empowering. Whether you are seated, standing, or resting, you will be encouraged to honor your body exactly as it is. No fitness level, flexibility, or prior movement experience is required.
Roy’s approach is rooted in the belief that health, strength, and care are available to people of all sizes and abilities. This portion of the retreat is less about exercise and more about reconnection, helping you feel grounded, resourced, and more at home in your body as you move through the rest of the day of restoration.
We hope that you will leave feeling lighter and more grounded, with tangible reminders to continue showing up for yourself the way you show up for so many others.
You’ll carry home your creations, your reflections, and your keepsakes, but most importantly, a renewed sense of self and new connections you made along the way.
This retreat is not about fixing or changing who you are. It is about remembering that you are already whole, already worthy, already enough, and you deserve to be cared for, too.
Meet Jess Fry, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS
Licensed Therapist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Body Confidence Coach and Educator

Jess Fry is a licensed mental health therapist, coach, and the founder of EmBODY Confidence Counseling and Coaching. She specializes in supporting women navigate eating disorders, body image distress, anxiety, ADHD, and chronic self-criticism. Her work sits at the intersection of mental health, nervous system regulation, and body acceptance. Jess provides in-person therapy in Ephrata, PA, telehealth services throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and virtual coaching to clients worldwide.
Jess brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work. She knows firsthand what it is like to move through a world that constantly tells women, especially those in larger bodies, that they are too much, not enough, or in need of fixing. Her own healing journey includes recovery from an eating disorder, untangling body dysmorphia, and unlearning deeply ingrained cultural messages about worth, productivity, and appearance. This embodied understanding allows her to guide others with nuance, safety, and deep compassion.
At the core of Jess’s work is the belief that true healing happens when people feel seen, regulated, and resourced rather than pushed or pathologized. Her approach is rooted in body acceptance, social justice, and a deep commitment to helping women reconnect with their inherent worth. Through counseling, coaching, and immersive experiences, Jess creates spaces where participants can slow down, listen inward, and practice caring for themselves in ways that are sustainable, affirming, and deeply human.
Meet Roy Belzer
Certified Personal Trainer and Content Creator

Roy Belzer is a certified personal trainer, exercise science professional, and content creator whose work centers on body inclusivity, self-love, and sustainable movement. His journey into fitness began as a deeply personal one. Growing up in a larger body while pursuing a performance career, Roy experienced firsthand how limited access to supportive, affirming movement can impact both physical ability and self-worth.
What started as a simple morning run with friends became a life-changing turning point, reshaping not only his relationship with his body, but his outlook on life and career. Inspired by his own transformation, Roy pursued a career in exercise science with the goal of helping others live fuller, healthier, and more empowered lives.
Today, his work focuses less on “pushing limits” and more on expanding what people believe is possible for themselves through movement that is accessible, joyful, and grounded in respect for the body they’re in. Roy is especially passionate about creating welcoming spaces for people of all sizes and identities, and his advocacy for body inclusivity extends throughout both the fitness world and queer communities.
Roy has been featured in Men’s Health Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, and several other publications, and he uses his platform to remind people that fitness and health are not defined by appearance. At the heart of his work is a commitment to improving quality of life, fostering supportive community, and empowering individuals to care for their bodies with curiosity, compassion, and confidence.
Meet Denise Reichert
Reiki Master and Certified Sound Practitioner

Denise is the founder of Elevated Karma Wellness, where she blends her clinical background with intuitive energy work to support others on their healing journeys.
Her path into energy and sound healing began in 2017 after receiving a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. Though she initially followed a traditional medical route, the side effects of treatment left her feeling worse than the diagnosis itself. This turning point led her to explore holistic approaches to wellness, which transformed both her health and her life.
Before entering the world of holistic healing, Denise worked as a nurse. Her years in healthcare gave her a strong understanding of the body’s physical systems, but it wasn’t until she discovered Reiki and sound therapy that she began to understand the body through the lens of energy and vibration. Through consistent practice, study, and personal healing, she became certified in Reiki and sound meditation. These modalities helped her manage symptoms, reconnect with herself, and reclaim her well-being beyond the limits of medication alone.
Denise is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science, deepening her study of spiritual wellness and the mind–body connection. At her private studio in downtown Ephrata, she offers one-on-one and group sessions that integrate clinical knowledge with compassionate, intuitive energy work. Her intention is always to hold space with warmth and nonjudgment, meeting each person exactly where they are and guiding them toward balance, clarity, and deep restoration.
