hi, I'm Jess!
If you're not familiar with my story, I spent almost two decades of my life dieting and attempting to shrink myself to the smallest possible size. I was told by family, friends, teachers, medical professionals - you name it - to be smaller.
In 2018, I discovered intuitive eating. This inspired a journey where I healed my relationships with food and body, became a certified intuitive eating counselor, and discovered a passion for helping other women unapologetically and confidently be their true, authentic selves.
I utilize the therapeutic tools I have mastered as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania along with my own personal experience and advanced trainings in body image and intuitive eating to help others find body forgiveness.
