In this individualized 6 month program, I walk you through ways to improve your overall relationship with your body that will fit your personal needs and lifestyle. I utilize an anti-diet, health at every size, fat-positive framework, helping you learn to respect and accept yourself AND your body at every single size she'll ever be.

What's Inside the 6 Month Coaching Program?
90 Minute Intake Session
During our initial call, we'll cover all the details, establish our coaching relationship, and begin crafting your personalized plan to heal your relationship with your body. Jess will ask insightful questions to fully grasp your journey and determine the next steps toward achieving your goals together. This session sets the foundation for a supportive partnership aimed at empowering your journey to self-acceptance and positive body image.
Twelve Sessions
You'll meet with Jess biweekly via Zoom (for 50 minutes) to review your goals and discover new tools to integrate into your healing journey. These sessions are incredibly valuable and represent dedicated time where we actively collaborate to support your path toward self-love and acceptance. This is also when you'll experience that important one-to-one, direct coaching!
40 Page Workbook
You'll receive your PDF copy of The EmBODY Confidence Body Forgiveness & Self Acceptance Workbook, personally created by Jess. With over 40 pages of practical and tangible activities, this workbook will gently guide you through the healing journey of improving body image and self-acceptance. It serves as an essential tool throughout your experience, unlocking pathways to your success.
Personalized Action Steps
Each journey is distinctive, and you'll be guided through with a personalized plan featuring actionable steps aimed at your success. Jess offers a range of resources and homework activities for you to explore, allowing you to discover what best suits your learning style. Armed with this knowledge, Jess crafts tailored action steps designed specifically for you, ensuring your progress aligns beautifully with your individual needs and preferences.
Communication Between Sessions
I'm here for you between sessions to offer support and answer any questions you may have! Feel free to reach out to share your successes, discuss challenges you're facing, update me on your progress, or let me know what you'd like to focus on in our next session. Your communication between sessions helps us make the most of our time together and ensures we stay aligned with your goals.
Annual Collective Membership
You'll gain a year-long membership to the EmBODY Confidence Collective, an online community where members can improve their body image and self-confidence at their own pace, supported by a nurturing environment. Alongside sharing experiences, the Collective offers additional self-paced resources, live webinars, and group coaching calls. Being a part of this community will further enhance your healing journey!

Jess Fry LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS
Jess brings a deep understanding of body image distress and disordered eating, drawing from nearly two decades of personal experience. As a licensed eating disorder therapist trained in body image, Jess combines her lived experience with her professional expertise to offer compassionate guidance.
Having navigated her own journey through eating disorder and body dysmorphia recovery, she is dedicated to helping clients develop a positive relationship with food and body image, celebrating their worth at every size and embracing authenticity without apology.
Jess supports clients in embracing their true selves amidst societal and systemic challenges. Her approach prioritizes mental health and individual needs, fostering profound self-acceptance and confidence. Through personalized support and a commitment to positive transformation, she empowers clients to lead fulfilling lives, free from the constraints of disordered eating and body image issues.
